How does your “buy it, build it” guarantee work?

We want to make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase but we also know that the program only works if you do the work in the course.

So we offer a 60-day refund policy for purchases. However, in order to be eligible for a refund you need to submit proof that you’ve done the work in the course and that the course still didn’t work for you.

How does this work with payment plans?

If you selected the 12 payment option, we aren’t able to stop payments without you submitting a refund request.

How do I organise a refund?

In the event you decide within 60 days of enrolling that your purchase wasn’t the right decision, please send an email to support@harbren.com. The request needs to be sent before the end of the 60th day and include the 6 attachments listed below.

What do I need to include in my refund request?

You need to include your completed coursework with your request for a refund. If you ask for a refund and don’t include your coursework by the 60th day then you won’t be granted a refund.

The following 6 items which are taught inside Invisible to Trusted ALL need to be completed, scanned and included in your refund request email:

  • customer profile worksheet
  • customer profile action guide
  • uncovering your customer problems worksheet
  • customer journey map
  • planning lead pathway worksheet
  • matching platform with intention worksheet

What happens after 60 days from date of purchase?

We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 60 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

What else do I need to know?

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Harbren Marketing. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 60th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
